EuroChild Launches Gift Registry Service Powered by eWish.com
La Jolla, CA, November 1, 2006. Preparing for the holiday season and beyond Eurochild recently launched a new gift registry service designed to make gift buying simple and convenient. Eurochild provides fashion forward and trend setting children’s clothing and childrens shoes from Europe, U.S.A. and around the world.
Customers can set up a gift registry in person at the La Jolla store or register online via http://www.eurochild.com/. Convenient Add-to-Registry Buttons placed near Eurochild items make it easy to build a gift list. Friends can then visit the registry to view the list of pre-selected gifts and make a purchase on-line or call EuroChild directly. All purchases are automatically removed from the list to eliminate duplicate gifts. The gift registry can be used for any occasion, from baby showers to birthdays and takes the guesswork out of gift buying.
“We shop at the children’s shows in Europe and around the world to find the most unique & quality designs for our clients” says store owner Brett Buffington. “Eurochild carries such an incredible selection it’s difficult to name just a few. The La Jolla kids store opened in 1986 and quickly made a name for itself with its unique offerings. “We’re known for our great product line and equally impressive friendly, knowledgeable staff. We also have personal shopping assistants that can notify customers when the latest fashions arrive.” The online store makes it easy for customer to preview items, “If they are in the San Diego area customers can stop by, see our boutique, and shop in person.”
Regarding a registry service Buffington noted that as a children’s store owner he has always entertained the idea. “We carry many products that would be great for baby showers, birthdays, holidays, or other occasions. Now we have a gift registry service that registrants can share with friends and family all over the world”
The eWish gift registry system (http://www.ewish.com) also contains many useful features such as an on-line photo album, RSVP service and E-notification system. For example, customers can use the online photo album to share pictures with friends and family. They can send messages to friends using the E-notification system. To protect their privacy, an optional guest password can be assigned to limit access.
